Today at the Universal Postal Union. This picture is a discarded one of a series of 5 for a UPU photo contest- Just knew today about it while interpreting for them, so spent all the breaks jumping up and down with my lumix first and then the Canon camera to get all done by today, since it was the last day you could send the pics.
